Hello Ben, and welcome.

It looks like you are near Leonardtown in southern Maryland.

If you aim your 7698 at about 344 degrees magnetic, you will have a good selection of channels. What channels do you want that make you think you need a rotator? They can be a lot of trouble in the winter.

Also, if you have a rotator your TV must be able to add channels after a scan. Can your TV do that?

You are missing the parts to ground the coax and the mast, like a grounding block and no. 10 copper wire to connect to the electrical system ground.

Are you talking about the rotator connection? It depends upon what model you choose. The CM9521 uses 3-wire. Please elaborate.
