I don't think you need to worry about NBC on RF11 as you already listed WVIT NBC 30.1 (RF35).

I have seen the TERK HDTVi recommended. It is an indoor UHF VHF combo that is un-amplified (based on your strong signals I believe you want to avoid amplification). If you can buy it from a place you can return it (Amazon?) then it would be worth trying.
