Thanks for providing enough information to see your actual conditions. The terrain south of you is a significant factor.

I would expect you and nearby neighbors to need a larger antenna. The Winegard HD7698P or Antennacraft HBU-55 would be worth considering. For a short run (50' or less) to one TV, you may be able to run with no amplifier. However, an Antennas Direct CPA-19 would be useful in installations with splitters and/or longer cable runs.
