Though the appearance of the antenna will be different than the CS2V, I'd take a very similar approach.

I see WOCK, real channel 4 on your report. Given the additional noise present in the low VHF spectrum, it's one of the most challenging signals available to you. I the attached screen shot, I've presumed a Winegard HD7015P or Antennacraft C490, 50' of standard RG-6, a Channel master CM4314 (4 output distribution amplifier) and cable beyond to individual sets. Use a 75Ω termination cap on the unused port of the DA.

The net noise margin of +10 dB leaves me confident that you would get reliable reception of WOCK, and of course, the long list of stronger signals.
