I would point a Winegard HD7694P at 171° compass and be thrilled that almost all signals originate from the same direction. If you're enamored with the Stacker, it's roughly equivalent but the price at Amazon for the 7694 runs circles around the price for the Stacker.
No preamplifier, the strength and quantity of signals will overload most all amplifiers. You should have no difficulty driving a 4 or even 8-way passive splitter.
