The Tv Must Channel Scan for the Digital Broadcast Tv Channels sometimes named the 'Air Channels' or 'Antenna Channels' in the Tv setup menu because the Tv transmissions travel through the air from the transmitting antenna to the receiving antenna.

Older Tv's will have a Analog tuner and a Digital cable Tv tuner , The Tv might look like it is scanning for Digital Broadcast Tv Channels , when in fact it is scanning for digital cable Tv channels.


DO NOT channel scan for cable tv channels.
