Experimentation has revealed that location is more important than angle, type of antenna and everything else combined! My old VHF antenna gets perfect reception for WNBC in its old place! And it's HD and its pointed not in the ideal angle...
It's close to the house walls maybe that's why but I don't get how a 20+ hear old VHF antenna is outperforming my brand new UHF antenna for DTV.. maybe they had optimized location when that was installed?
