Thank you very much. Standard shingles so that sounds good. It seems you choose the model because it still covers 35 miles on UHF and gives mevery good VHF, is that accurate?
I am Ok finding the compass direction, just was wondering if the "fat" or "thin" part of the antenna needs to point to 103 (and the other pointing at 283) or does it even matter?

Also to connect my old VHF to my tuner can I also use Rg6 cable (tried looking up but couldn't find specific answer, maybe this is too basic of a question
