Try aiming the antenna at about 170 degree aim direction is a in between aim direction , between the south west group of Tv stations and WHPX-TV UHF channel 26 ION Television.
WHPX is weak signal strength and may not be received with the antenna aimed at about 170 degree magnetic compass.
If not , then aim the antenna at about 200 degree magnetic compass.
