Combining the output of a UHF antenna and a VHF antenna is quite simple. Use a UVSJ (UHF VHF Signal Joiner).

Given the edge path conditions, I'd use an Antennacraft Y10713 aimed at WTNH, real CH-10. I'd use an Antennas Direct DB4e or 42XG aimed at the UHF signals to the north. If you mount on single mast, put the UHF on top and the VHF antenna at least 2' below, more is better. Generally, a 10' mast is needed to obtain ideal separation.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
