Looks like reliable reception of the Tulsa Ok. Tv stations/channels will happen with the HD7698P antenna and Winegard AP8275 preamp with the antenna height at about 40 feet and up.

Aim the antenna at about 240 degree magnetic compass. and turn antenna to the left and right to find the aim direction to the west/south west that produces the best/strongest reception of the Tulsa are Tv stations/channels.

Most digital Tv's have signal strength meter and some have a signal quality meter.

I am Not convinced that a antenna rotor is required for reception of the Tulsa area Tv stations to the west/south west.

However a Channel Master CM9521A will make it easier to adj. the antenna then doing it by hand to find the sweet spot of reception.
