Even at 15 feet antenna height the Digital Tv Transmissions in the Yellow and Red zones of the tvfool radar plot report are receivable.
Agreeing and adding to the thought,

I'm not convinced you need to go higher... Perhaps you'd be able to use a bit smaller antenna, but by putting it at a height you're uncomfortable or unable to work at, installation and future service will be made far more inconvenient and presumable more expensive.

I would try installing a large antenna at a reachable elevation. I can always add mast or tower if needed.
