If the house is wood frame with wood or vinyl siding and no metal roof , a indoor antenna will work Ok.

If the house is , metal frame , concrete walls , concrete block , cinder block , brick walls , big rocks for walls , stucko Wire , metal siding , metal roof , tile roof , solar panels , reception will be reduced or blocked.

Trees and tree leaves will reduce or block Tv reception.

Other building structures that are in the way of reception can reduce or block reception.

For a indoor antenna use a Terk HDTVi indoor antenna. Aim the antenna at about 190 degree magnetic compass.
