"Signals unlimited" pretty much described it, however, I wouldn't plan on getting channel 26 (too weak/obstructed) reliably. 59.1 is also going to be a tough one.

Before investing in a rotor or second antenna, try manually aiming the DB4e at each of those stations in turn to see if they can be reliably received at your location. If this test is not successful, then the rotor would be of any benefit.

Likewise, you could manually re-aim the VHF antenna at WWLP to see if you could get it. If so, putting both antennas on the rotor might be beneficial.
