KTVE , Virtual Channel 10 is Real Channel UHF 27. . Try separating the tuner and the Tv. Try moving both the tuner and the tv to a different location. Moving away from interference is reason. Try switching off any and all interference generators , any electrical or electronic device can be a interference generator. . Might be a defective convertor box. . What is the brand and model number of converter box ?
