I need help figuring out this problem. Like the title says, I have terrible reception on channels that should be very and good(fine, okay) reception on weaker channels. Here is the

I have pixelation and loss of signal on KATU Ch43 (2.1) and KOIN Ch40 (6.1) but KPDX and even KUNP look amazing. What gives? KATU and KOIN are just as bad as KWVT which is according to the chart a lot weaker!
I have a Winegard 1080 antenna mounted on top of fence post about 10ft in the air. Not the best setup from what I understand but that the best spot to mount the antenna at the moment.
