I think I will try a 4 bay aimed towards southwest and see if I can get the WTNH in New Haven. It seems to be the cheapest way to start. If it doesn't work then I may consider a rotor with the HD 7696 or go with a dedicated VHF antenna in conjunction with the 4 bay.
