The 7696 antenna and a rotor will allow for reception of the channels without making your home looking like a cable head end, not to mention the expense.
The Channel Master rotor is very reliable and accurate. It is remote control operated. If you use it, I would do an on the ground test run before you install, leaving it at the end of rotation and the display on 000. Then install with the antenna headed magnetic North. This will allow you to aim to the desired locations by using your TV Fool radar report to aim your antanna. After you install with exact locations located and stored, you may find a sweet spot that will allow for some grouping of locations.
