A simple system that would deliver your request, but not NBC, CBS, or ABC. Would be to use an Antenna Craft CS600 VHF antenna aimed to 41 degrees magnetic. This will deliver CTV 13, and channel 6. Use a Winegard AP2800 UHF antenna to deliver the stations at 278 degrees magnetic including your TVO 18. Combind the two antennas into a Winegard AP 2870 amplifier. This will ensure good reception of any of the weaker channels and allow for the use of a single coax.
To receive US networks you would need to go to a more powerfull all channel antenna and a rotor. I would recommend the Winegard 8200 antenna, a Winegard 7800 amplifier, and a Aspen Eagel Roto 100.
