With an Antennas Direct 91XG outside, clear of obstructions you may see some of the Milwaukee stations. But as @Electron has already observed, you'll still have to contend with the interference from adjacent and co-channel signals.
If the cost of the antenna and related hardware is significant to you, you would want verify that you could return the antenna for a refund beforehand.
