The increase in signal strength makes mounting at 30' worth the effort. You'll still need a large high gain antenna though.
A couple of options to consider:
1) A Winegard HD7698P & Antennas Direct CPA-19 preamp. Aimed at about 245° per your compass. You would expect to see the stations to the SW down to the bottom of the red section of your report, except for WUOA which carries 'This TV' network.
2) A Winegard HD8200U & the same preamp would give you a fairly good chance of adding WUOA to the line-up.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
