You described my type of house perfectly. I think I will go with the Terk HDTVi indoor antenna just because I have only one TV and it's a cheaper way to go than the outdoor.
Because the transmission in my area is strong, having all the Canadian and 3 US channels is much more than I was getting with my Boxee Live TV.
Thanks to you I have made my decision. When I get my new antenna I will post and let you know how well it works.
