I would expect a Winegard HD7694P (or any of it's larger variants up to the 7698 ) would provide the directivity needed to overcome the suspected multipath as well as the moderate to low signal levels.

You may not need amplification, try with you existing splitter. If it has a fourth port, and you prove the need for an amplifier, use a CM-3410. If you need amplification and a 4-way splitter, use the CM-3414.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
