Here is the Federal Law that says Yes you can install and use a roof top mounted antenna and Yes you can install the antenna so that the antenna get's the best reception possible. This - Settled Law - The Federal Law has been challenged time after time in court and the hoa's and housings covenuts and cities and the counties and the states and any other crazies that do not like antennas have lost time after time in court.
