The suggested HD7084 will serve well for local reception. WOCK caries four sub-channels according to www.rabbitears.info - including America One network (if that is of interest to you).
Milwaukee appears to be out of reach but Rockford might be worth trying for.
If I were to try for the Rockford signals, I'd be inclined to build a separate antenna system using an HD7698P or a combination of 91XG and Y-10713. I'd also look at reasonable options to mount as high as practical.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
