Tv antennas and Tv reception

Ok , by raising the antenna height to 100 feet with the tower on the north side of the house there is a improvement in the signal strengths. KDKA 25 goes from -14.8 to -7.2 , WPMY 42 goes from -17.9 to -10.6 , WPCW 11 goes from -19 to -4.9 , WPGH 43 goes from -19.0 to -11.5. With more improvements at 125 and 150 feet. New 100 , 125 , 150 foot towers are big bucks. If I were going to do it I would find a used tower. The fold over or lay over towers are the best because antenna installation and adjustments are done standing on the ground. Yes you can try aiming the antenna that is mounted on the chimney up at the ridge toward Pittsburgh. This puts the length of the antenna in line with the signals that are scattered downward from the ridge in the direction of Pittsburgh.
