To follow-up on Electron, your primary problem is that you have obstructions between you and your best transmission towers. You can't fix your situation, but can make it better. You need an outdoor antenna mounted at least 20 feet above ground-level. If you can raise it above 20 feet, the higher the better. Redo your TV Fool Radar plot. You will see that as your antenna goes higher, you will convert several stations from red to yellow.
