I have a rambler on top of a hill with western exposure & a tripod mount on the roof-line.

I purchased an Antenna Direct Clearstream 2 antenna...
is this a good choice?? I can always return it to Costco if/as need be. If this is a poor choice what would be your recommendation.
Any suggestions for an installer in the South King County WA area?
I'm trying to dump Comcast for TV though Mama does like her HGTV
