Yes, 5 degrees of aiming error won't matter much.

Your antenna choices are:

One antenna: Winegard HD7698P with AP8700 or 7777 preamp. Add a rotator for Baltimore and Richmond. This is fine for 1 TV set and no DVR.

Two antennas: a HD7698P fixed at Washington for normal viewing, a second HD7698P on a rotator for Baltimore and Richmond, two preamps and an A/B switch. This is better for multiple TV sets.

Slightly better performance can be had with the UHF only XG91 plus a Y10-7-13 VHF antenna. In this case the 7777 preamp can add the antennas together.
