If I were in your shoes, I would use go for a single 91XG on a rotator to receive a full compliment of networks.

If a rotator is undesirable, I would use 2 91XG's with a separate run to each set. One would point towards Richmond & the other towards C-ville. Select between the 2 antennas with an A-B switch.

Richmond's NBC 12 has been problematic for many fringe viewers (including me) so I woudn't advise spending any money on a separate antenna for that particular station.
