WLBZ real CH-2 is also carried on WGCI-LD real CH-4. Your chance of reliable reception of the stronger line of site signal from WGCI-LD argues for the YA6260 aimed at 357°.

With 50' or less coax, a single set should do fine with no amp.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
