TVFool's information with regards to Canadian allocations contains all possibilities, so if there are no receivable lo-VHF stations shown, then there won't ever be any. Where this site's database is off is the status of Canadian allocations, meaning what analog is still on and what post-transition digital has been activated. Over time, as the government databases get updated, then TVFool's will be, too.
