If I lived in Woburn, MA I'd install a UHF only aimed at Boston and a VHF only aimed at Providence. That would receive all the Boston stations plus CBS and FOX from Rhode Island.

From your location it's possible to pick up stations from other directions, but it's probably not worth the effort or complexity.
