Hi, I'm new here. I live in an apartment in the 91316 area close to the broadcasters towers. Our apartment manager won't allow us to use the large antenna that was here when we moved in so we are trying out various portable indoor/outdoor antennas. Our latest trial is a Clearstream2 which we can set on the roof over our apt with a clear view of the TV signal source up on Mt. Wilson. The antenna is very good but in a some situations, I have to turn it some to pick up a few UHF stations so it's not as good as I'd like.
I am considering getting a motorized antenna like the AX909G2 or a better stationary antenna than the Clearstream2 such as the EZ HD. So I am writing to see if anyone can offer us some really good suggestions in the "GOOD" antenna dept. based on your own experience. The reviews I read on almost every product claims it's the best antenna in existence! Yah, sure! I have yet to find one that really does work as good as that old, raggedy traditional antenna we used to have - until the roofers tore it down!
