I don't see a reason to run over 200 feet. You already have line-of-sight views of the available local signals that are not plagued with adjacent or co-channel interference issues.

A modest size 'all-channel' antenna pointed at about compass north should give you a long list of stations (look at the 'Pending' All channels option of your TVFR)

If you are interested in the US stations, you may want to post the TVFR for the 60' tower location.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
