I doubt reliable reception from Oklahoma City or Joplin would be possible even with construction of a tower in excess of 100'.
But, I wanted to give GLC the benefit of others thoughts and opinions.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
