Signal Loss

I have a Winegard HD 7084P set up for two channels (TVFool Report). I get WYMT and WKHA with signal of 94 and 92 on my Coolsat 8000HD. Unfortunately my RCA television doesn't have a signal meter. Every night between 8:00 and 9:00 my signal goes to zero on the Coolsat, and I am unable to lock the channels on my RCA television. It sometimes stays this way a few hours and then back to normal. I have the antenna hooked to a Radio Shack 15-259 preamp and then through a diplexer to my Dish Network cable into my house. I know this isn't ideal, but the cable was already run, and I get good signal through the diplexers. Does anyone have an Idea why the Signal would go at about the same time every night?

Antenna --> Preamp --> Ground Block --> Base Unit --> Diplexer -->Dish Cable --> Diplexer --> TV.
