It's not ADTech's data, but information extracted from the FCC's database of broadcast facilities. What is contained therein better be "actual" data, as it reflects the legally permitted operations of stations. Any ambiguity comes from trying to show approved future plans (construction permits) to help future proof antennas. Problems with displayed data here can be traced to problems with the database extracts.
