John, I have a mechanical engineering background and know how to read directions. All I can say is that I have followed all the directions given me by the manufacturer of the digital converter box, the antenna. Reading the report, I gather I should receive at least 4 channels. The reason I joined this site is so that knowledgeable persons such as yourself can look at this setup and tell me one of two things, ie: there is nothing wrong with your setup, you should get those channels or, your setup is crap, go and buy this or that. I am grateful for all your help, looks like she just either has a faulty digital converter box, or those signals are just not there. Cheers, Rick.
