K39GY does show up in the pending applications included. Also showing up in the pending applications included is , KVTU-LP 3 and KRVD-LP 5. I am excluding KSFV-LD 6 because it is likely transmitting as a FM radio station. As you know the analog Tv channel 6 FM audio carrier is very close to the FM radio band and with a slight frequency shift can be received on Fm radio. Analog Tv channel 6 in some markets have been doing this for , many , many years. There has and still is many articles in the trade magazines about channel 6 Tv stations maintaining the ability to transmit the Tv audio as fm as a radio station even if the station goes to digital. And if KSFV is transmitting as a digital Tv station . well then thats one more Tv station.
