Thanks for the help. Here are some more questions if you dont mind. The antenna you reccomended is for uhf which is primarily what all the stations around me broadcast. But 12 is vhf so will i still be able to pick that up on this antenna or should i be looking for a vhf/uhf combination? Also i do have a rather small attic and the hvac unit is located there. I do have the option if needed to install the antenna on my shed out back. This would put the antenna around around 10 feet from the ground and at 230 degrees straight at the back of my house. where the attic would have it at 25 feet but hanging above the hvac unit.
