I think that the HBU-33 would do just fine for your local stations: had you mentioned that you were looking for the Philly stations, I would have suggested an antenna with low-band VHF capability like the Winegard HD-7084P or a Channel Master Crossfire 3671, since ABC in Philly is WPVI, on actual channel 6, and you would need a different, and more powerful antenna to see it., but it sounds as if you are doing fine with what you have.
