If your home is conventional wood frame construction with no foil faced insulation or metal siding, the RCA ANT-121 should do quite well for you. That you see a couple of analog signals now, indicates you will likely be able to see digital signals once you connect and configure a digital ATSC over-the-air tuner. (Digital cable uses a different format, QAM. Be sure to set your tuner for ATSC, Antenna, OTA or Air... how ever the vendor labels it in the set-up menu.)

Coco is right, your analog tuners can't decode the new digital format broadcast signals.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
