Yes the dish mast mount is Ok to mount the 3000A. Mount the 3000A level with the ground , not tipped at odd angles or standing on end. Also as mtownsend said , it is best to mount the 3000A so it is clear of obstructions as much as possible nothing blocking the view of the antenna of all directions.
