The rotator comes from the factory pointed and calibrated for 180 degrees (South) when mounting your antenna on the rotator, be sure that the antenna is AIMED south. Once you go through the initial calibration, the compass points on the rotator display will closely match the numbers displayed by your TVFool.com report, although the calibration is rarely perfect.
