You shouldn't have any difficulty receiving the KC stations cleanly where you are. All of the stations operate on UHF, and are less than 30 miles from your location. I would recommend roof-mounting a screen-type UHF antenna aimed at 150 degrees as measured by your compass. Good antenna choices include the Channel master 4221 HD, the Winegard HD-4400 and the AntennasDirect DB-4.

If you have only one TV set, and your cable run from antenna to TV is less than 75', I don't believe that you'll need a preamplifier, but if you plan to run multiple TV sets or have very long cable runs, consider a Winegard HDP-269 preamp and a splitter, which will allow you to run up to 4 TV sets from the antenna without signal loss.
