Why would you need to rotate them? The RCA is for your local channels (240 degrees) and the other UHF antenna is for Buffalo (165 degrees). Aim them in the proper directions and leave them alone. If you don't want the Buffalo stations, just buy the RCA antenna. You will not need to turn it.

You could just buy one of the UHF antennas I recommended and rotate it between the two positions. Your choice.

Before you spend any money, look over the indoor and outdoor reception results for your area at digitalhome.ca.
