I agree with JC, you are in fairly good shape. KXLT is the toughest challenge... try for it at the lower level of your roof but remain ready to head higher if needed. The suggested antenna and amp are right, though I have a preference toward the Antennas Direct CPA-19 for its' slightly better noise figure.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
