The FCC TV query for WMDO is wrong, so that explains why TV Fool is incorrect. It's not on RF 22(not yet anyway).

Sounds like the TV is set for cable channels. Go into the menu & scan for TV, not cable channels.

WMDO is actually on channel 8, so that is why you are seeing it now.
