The installer should have some kind of hand held...

The installer should have some kind of hand held or similar
signal meter to use on the roof to determine the best antenna
location. Looks like Detroit/Windsor and Toledo are your
best signals...

Before you drill a single hole, I'd suggest you: have someone hold
the antenna where you hope to install, pointing the antenna in
the proper direction. Run a RG6 cable directly to ONE tv and see...

Nothing to do with the shape but rather any metal...

Nothing to do with the shape but rather any metal or solid
objects near the antenna can cause changes in reception.
It's not likely but you never know..............

The frequencies used for OTA television and Satellite Internet are
very different. I would not expect any interference between the
two. I would mount the satellite dish as far away...
